Outgoings
This table assumes the following;
2 * Workshops per month @ 20 people in each event.
20 Clients per month scheduled for private initiation.
5 Clients per month scheduled for private session.
Costs are as listed and assume 2 * Festivals per annum. These would most likely be festivals like “Body, Mind & Spirit” or “Sexpo” with the cost shown being an average for presentation and layout items.
Workshops will then be fed from the appearance at the festival and will need to be scheduled at a local hotel or other venue as appropriate. The table assumes an overall Marketing expenditure as shown to cover Internet, Printed media and telemarketing as well.
Income
The income categories relate purely to business sales and services that are core to the Tantra business. These involve both private and group workshops as well as sales of items and other instructions. The assumption here is that one person within the licensees structure has received the teacher training. This means that only one person is actively performing the training and instruction duties either privately or in workshops. If anther were to be trained, it would incur a further cost for training however, the result would be duplicated in income.
In addition to the above, the licensee has the right to on sell further
licenses and receive 50% of the sale profits. What this means is that
they will be able to pay back their initial business costs immediately.
There are conditions that apply of course and an example is that the
prospect my be approved by the Tantrananda School of Tantra, and the
selller is responsible for the training requirements.
